What is the Acquisition Process?
The art of acquisition is quite simple.
1) If you have received a letter from us and the offer price meets your financial needs, mail or email
us a signed copy of the Purchase Agreement OR contact us through the Contact page and tell us
about your property.
2) We will quickly review the legal and physical aspects of the property.
3) If the property meets the basic standards, we will arrange for a mobile notary to meet you to sign
the closing documents and get paid for your property.
Many times this process can take place in less than 10 days and sometimes even quicker!
